In this video I go through how to train calisthenics everyday. I love training and love calisthenics and bodyweight exercise. I do add weights in for legs occasionally but for the most part its all bodyweight. I have seen significant gains training calisthenics so even if you lift weights be sure to add in calisthenics for extra gains, its more than just muscle building!
The 3 ways:
Change variation each day for each muscle group
Light and Heavy alternating days
Different workout splits
