Описание: In this video, I walk through a simple set I return to regularly: pull-ups, push-ups, and squats. Nothing complicated, nothing flashy. Just basic movements performed consistently.

A lot of people assume progress comes from constantly changing routines or finding the perfect program. In reality, most progress comes from repeating simple work long enough for it to matter. Familiar movements reduce friction, remove decision fatigue, and make it easier to show up consistently.

This kind of training isn’t meant to be impressive or exhausting. It’s meant to be sustainable. Something you can do on good days and bad days, while maintaining strength, muscle, and overall fitness over time.

The goal isn’t optimisation. It’s continuity.
