Although this is not necessarily a training exercise or routine, it is something you can do in the comfort of your own home and it will really benefit your tai chi and your posture in general. It is a direct way of understanding just how much to tuck the tailbone, which is often highly recommended, but never explained how much is enough tuck. So put your back up to a wall and flatten your lower back, it won't take much tuck of the tailbone, and it will help you to know exactly how far you need to tuck in your own practice.
