Описание: In today’s vlog, I took a stroll through Habitat ReStore looking for home decor inspiration as I continue settling back into the house. Sometimes walking through places like that sparks ideas you didn’t even know you needed. After that, I stopped by Walmart to pick up a few things for the house.

While driving, I had a real car conversation about energy, mindset, and the importance of human connection. Protecting your peace and choosing solitude can be powerful, but there’s also a difference between solitude and social isolation. As humans, our brains need conversation and interaction. Talking with others helps exercise the mind. When we go long periods without dialoguing with people, the brain isn’t being stimulated the same way, and research has shown that prolonged isolation can increase the risk of cognitive decline, including dementia and Alzheimer’s.

So while protecting your energy is important, completely disconnecting from people isn’t always the answer. Balance matters. Peaceful solitude is healthy, but meaningful conversation keeps the mind alive.

To wrap up the day, I proudly pulled out my daddy’s drill, put together my new TV stand, and got my big TV set up in the living room. Moments like that remind me how much my parents taught me about taking care of a home and figuring things out for myself.
