About the Speaker:
Joshua Shanley is a retired firefighter-paramedic, emergency management professional, and author of Cold War Massachusetts, Northampton Fires and Firefighting, and The Connecticut River Valley Flood of 1936. He serves on the Exercise Support Unit for the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency and as Media Specialist with the Massachusetts Firefighting Academy.
