Описание: This is the exact framework to follow to stay consistent with your habits when you don't feel 100%.

If you're ill, exhausted, or just feeling off, this is usually when consistency falls apart. Going "off plan" when you don't feel 100% shouldn't result in you throwing in the towel and giving up. Let's not bring "I'll try again on Monday" into the rest of 2026.

In the past, I fell into this trap. You set a plan. Something in life happens. You can't complete the plan. You give up and spiral back into your old ways. It doesn't have to be that way. Building healthy habits and a healthier life is all about little wins, done often. It's not about perfection. Consistency is all about repetitions. Show up for yourself as much as you can. And, if you're genuinely exhausted or ill, then it's ok to have a day off. Or even 2 weeks, if that's what your body needs.

In this video I break down exactly how to stay disciplined when you're tired, overwhelmed, or tempted to quit. I'll show you the exact system I use to prevent spiralling when life get's in the way of my habits. This includes a segment about how to tell the difference between true exhaustion and making excuses.

So, if you've set out to do some healthy habits this year, and you need a kick up the butt to stay disciplined and consistent, this video will help you keep going. Quitting is not an option!
