Peanut butter is whipped into the basic recipe for a moist banana bread with a hint of nutty flavor. A small amount of chopped roasted peanuts offer great flavor to it.

Ingredients:
Peanut butter 2 tbsp
Bread slices 2
Mixed fruit jam 2 tbsp
Coconut powder ¼ cup
Sugar 1 tbsp
Banana(sliced) 1
Peanuts ¼ cup
METHOD:
Apply peanut butter on one of the bread slice.
In the same way apply mixed fruit jam on the other bread slice.
Now take fresh coconut powder, sugar, banana slices and mix it nicely.
Now arrange the banana slices on the bread piece and sprinkle roasted crushed peanuts on it.
Cover it now with the another bread slice and cut into nice shaped pieces to enjoy.
