Today, I made baked fish in oven. It is one of the healthiest and easiest recipe, without deep frying the fish in oil. Moreover, the finger fish do not contain any bones, hence children enjoy to eat it.
Ingredients:
6-7 pieces of finger fish
vinegar and salt for cleaning the fish
After the fish is drained:
1/2 tbsp of lemon juice
1tbsp dried coriander
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
