Day Two - Panel 5 of the 4th round of the Cambridge Afghanistan Series (CAS-IV), also known as the Cambridge Massoud Conference (CMC). This year's conference was entitled: "Re-imagining the Future of the State in Afghanistan: Inclusivity and Representation" and was held over two days on 19-20 September 2025 at Jesus College, University of Cambridge.
