Ingredients for Half KG MUTTON:
Mutton – ½ Kg
Gingelly oil – 3 Table Spoon
Ghee - 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Pepper – 1½ Teaspoon
Coriander seeds – 1 Teaspoon
Fennel seeds – ½ Teaspoon
Cumin seeds – ½ Teaspoon
Bay leaves – 1
Cinnamon stick
Dry chilli – 5
Green chilly - 1
Shallots – 150 grams
Ginger garlic paste – 1½ Teaspoon
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Salt
