We’re so excited (and a little bit nervous… nexcited, if you will) to bring Wild, Wise & Curious in video format to YouTube.
This is a space for real conversations about women’s midlife journeys - the highs, the lows, the WTF moments of perimenopause and beyond, and all the wisdom, laughter and magic that lives alongside it. We talk about filling our cups, loving life again (sometimes for the first time), saying yes, trying the thing and remembering who we are beneath all the noise.
You’ll hear honest stories, shared experiences, and gentle truths from women navigating change - from brain fog to big dreams, from meltdowns to moments of deep clarity. We’re not experts, just curious women learning as we go, guided by lived experience and the incredible voices we meet along the way.
