Do modular gatehouses exist? Yes and they are a very popular choice for Elite Systems' customers.
Caddick Construction needed a custom gatehouse for Trinity Farm that would match the architectural style of its client's large distribution warehouse in Knottingley, West Yorkshire.
Because the gatehouse marks the main entrance to the warehouse, it was important to keep the site accessible during construction. To achieve this, Caddick hired Elite Systems to create an off-site solution.
We designed and selected the materials, including Kingspan coated aluminum panels in Hamlet finish, to match the warehouse building. The gatehouse, which included office and warehouse facilities, was fully constructed off-site and connected to utilities in just 90 minutes upon installation. It was placed onto pre-prepared foundations using a crane.
