Stress and depression has become so common in our society that everyone is stressed and full of anxiety.
So this video covers how we can manage stress and come our of it .
The three most prominent solution to overcome stress are
1) Vocabulary:- The words that we use everyday must be positive. Because the vocabulary that we use i our daily life changes our perspective and eventually our fate.
2) Focus:- At any stage of our life things will positive things will happen as well as negative. So our focus changes everything if we our focusing on positive thoughts it will lead to positive outcome.And helps in changing our believe system.
3) And finally we must feed our self positive thoughts everyday. Its not a one time process. It must be done again and again.
