Mavericks was showing its power today. I sent the drone up during a solid XL swell and captured some insane slow-motion moments of surfers taking on one of the heaviest waves in the world.
Filmed with a DJI Mavic 4 Pro drone in crisp aerial detail, this footage gives a unique perspective of the Mavericks lineup — massive sets, deep drops, and the raw energy of Northern California big-wave surfing.
