Keep disc golf simple.
Disc Golf is a fun sport. Everyone can play. All you need is a disc. When learning don't get to up set just have fun being outside and walking thru the park or woods. Just throw your disc and move forwards. Don't get to into all the throwing stuff until you decide you really want to start to learn to throw the disc. It takes lots of practice to get better. But if you decide to start and learn how to throw the disc just do baby steps. Disc Golf is a long term sport don't try to rush it.
