Throwing forehand, are you losing power.
When throwing forehand it is so easy to not get full power on your throw from not using your wrist and fingers correctly. When you throw forehand you need to make sure you push as hard as you can with your fingers. It is the push off the fingers that really put the heat on the disc. You need to practice throwing the disc with your fingers to really develop them.
