今回は、世田谷区と杉並区の境にある下高井戸をゆるく散歩してきました。
現在進行中の京王線の高架化工事で街の景色が少しずつ変わっていく様子や、昔ながらの商店街の雰囲気を感じながら歩いています。

名物の「たつみ屋」のたい焼き、活気のある下高井戸商店街、学生の街らしい雰囲気が漂う日本大学文理学部周辺などをのんびり紹介。
住みやすさという視点でも、生活感のあるリアルな街の空気をそのまま記録しました。

派手な観光地ではないけれど、日常の東京を感じられる散歩コースです。
これから街がどう変わっていくのか、途中経過としての下高井戸の姿をお楽しみください。

Shimo-Takaido Walk – Exploring a Town Under Keio Line Elevation Construction

In this video, I take a relaxed walk around Shimo-Takaido, located on the border of Setagaya and Suginami in Tokyo.
You can see how the town is gradually changing due to the ongoing Keio Line elevation construction, while still keeping its nostalgic shopping street atmosphere.

I introduce local spots such as the famous Taiyaki shop “Tatsumiya,” the lively shopping street, and the area around Nihon University College of Humanities and Sciences, which gives the town its student-friendly vibe.
This walk focuses on everyday livability and the real atmosphere of a residential Tokyo neighborhood.

It’s not a flashy tourist destination, but a place where you can feel the authentic daily life of Tokyo.

Paseo por Shimo-Takaido – Un barrio en transformación con las obras elevadas de la línea Keio

En este video doy un paseo tranquilo por Shimo-Takaido, ubicado entre Setagaya y Suginami en Tokio.
Se puede ver cómo el paisaje del barrio está cambiando poco a poco debido a las obras de elevación de la línea Keio, mientras aún conserva el ambiente tradicional de sus calles comerciales.

Presento lugares locales como la famosa tienda de taiyaki “Tatsumiya”, la animada calle comercial y los alrededores de la Facultad de Humanidades y Ciencias de la Universidad Nihon, que le dan al área un ambiente estudiantil.

No es un destino turístico llamativo, sino un lugar donde se puede sentir la vida cotidiana real de Tokio.
