TRIP REPORT | SWISS [Business Class] Airbus A220-100 | BLQ-ZRH | LX1669

Описание: Come along with me on this short hop from Bologna to Zürich with SWISS in Business Class onboard one of their A220-100s.

All in all, it was a rather nice experience. Yes, the seats are the same as in Economy Class albeit with the adjacent one blocked, just like you'd expect from a European Business Class product. However, I think the service and the attention to the customer are something they tend to do well in SWISS Business, and this time was no exception. For instance, unlike some other European carriers, they actually serve real champagne, and I didn't find the meal too shabby for such a short flight either - in fact, compared to what I got the last time I flew the BLQ-ZRH route, this was actually an improvement. When we arrived in Zürich, there was even a dedicated bus for Business Class passengers waiting to take us to the terminal! Definitely not something you see on every European airline.
