Ingredients
250-275 grams pizza dough room temperature
1 tablespoon butter room temperature
2-3 tablespoons garlic minced, 3-4 cloves
⅛ teaspoon salt
2-3 tablespoons parsley Italian flat leaf
2-3 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
2-3 tablespoons Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese or Pecorino Romano Cheese
1 teaspoon dry oregano
extra chopped parsley and grated cheese to garnish
