Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup or 250 g all purpose flour
3/4 cup water mixed with 1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp instant yeast
Freshly grated mozzarella and parmasan cheese I will try to avoid using pre shredded cheese, it’s too powdery and will not give you a good cheese pull 😉
2-3 tbsp melted unsalted butter
2 minced garlic cloves
A dash of olive oil
1 1/2 tsp Italian seasonin
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 serving of love💕
