Make yourself comfortable (sitting meditation or lying down), close your eyes (use a comfy eye mask if you have one), breathe freely and naturally with awareness, and bring your attention to the sound of these powerful, moving, overtone-rich instruments. Follow the sound to align with your true self and the sovereignty and freedom that is always within you.
Nada Yoga (Yoga of Sound), is an ancient practice deeply rooted in Indian spiritual traditions that goes back thousands of years. Its core principles include using sound and deep listening for spiritual growth and self-discovery.
Many other cultures and traditions have used sound to expand consciousness and connect with the Divine. With respect and deference to these traditions, we prefer to call our work "sound meditations" rather than sound baths or sound healing. Sound meditations empower our inner wisdom and promote self-sovereignty.
