This video was taken to give insight on how to utilise the Omnia scouting app in field to carry out VESS scores for a farmers SFI declaration.
With a tool as efficient as Omnia scout we can identify, record and even report our findings as frequently as we desire.
In the video i touch on field diary entries and that if we have costings input on the Omnia platform for field operations and for products used, we can assign the costings and operations to tasks generated in the platform. This allows us to add costings to our cost of production using a simple tool like the field diary. Any in field operation, cultivations, drilling, spraying, fertilising you name it we can assign these to your Scouting entries.
The Vess scores are part of your SFI yearly declaration, alongside the erosion risks maps and your soil analysis we can run reports of a soil management plan to harness all requirements for your declaration.
