I didn't go out for food this week (fast food or restaurant) so after doing a bit of shopping I went to a fried chicken place called Win Win Chick-n on Main Street. The menu's pretty simple and I had to wait about 5 minutes for the chicken to be made. Eating some extra hot fried chicken certainly makes a big difference compared to those other places in town where it sometimes sits around for a while. The taste was good with a decent amount of unique spices. I had the Filipino-style Macaroni side-dish which has a simple tomato sauce taste along with ground meat and thinly sliced wieners. I thought the portion of this was a bit small so I might try the fries next time.
We start this walk on Fairmont Street and head south to Kingsway. A right is taken here and then another right is taken on Moss Street (this is where the Purdy's chocolate factory is). Things end on Vanness Avenue across from the Expo Skytrain Line.
