📝 Ingredients:
1 egg🥚
1/4 cup sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)
1/2 cup milk 🥛
2/3 cup maida
1 Tablespoon melted butter or oil
1 Tbeaspoon vanilla (optional)
👩🍳 Method:
In a bowl, mix maida, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the egg, then add milk, melted butter, and vanilla essence.
Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Make a smooth batter (no lumps).
Heat a pan on low–medium flame and lightly grease it.
Pour one ladle of batter onto the pan.
Cook until bubbles appear on top, then flip.
Cook the other side until golden brown.
👉 Serve hot with honey, chocolate syrup, or fruits.
