Ingredients:
3 Eggs
1 cup mixed bell peppers (red, yellow, green) – chopped
1 onion – finely chopped
½ tsp chilli powder
1 tsp pepper powder
Salt – to taste
1 tsp butter
Cooking Instructions:
Crack eggs into a bowl.
Add salt, pepper powder, and chilli powder.
Add chopped onions and bell peppers.
Whisk everything together until well mixed. 🥄
Heat a pan with a little butter on medium flame. 🧈
Pour the egg and veggie mixture evenly into the pan and spread it out.
Cook on low flame until the bottom sets.
Flip carefully and cook for another 1 minute.
Serve hot and enjoy your colourful, healthy omelet! 🌶️🍳
