The final day of my 2,500 KM solo temple run was nothing short of epic.
After finally getting Sai Baba’s darshan in Shirdi, it was time for the gruelling ride back home — 970 KM in a single day. Google Maps predicted 3:15 AM arrival, but I was determined to beat it.
What followed was a test of endurance, patience, and faith.
Shirdi to Ahmednagar: single-lane chaos, endless trucks, and crawling pace.
Nagar to Solapur: state highways, fatigue kicking in hard, but no rains (a blessing).
Solapur to Karnataka border: finally hit 4-lane, picked up pace, quick refuel stops.
Vijayapura stretch: crosswinds + clouds building up. And then the skies unleashed. Torrential rains, zero visibility, even lorries pulled over — but I pushed through.
Hosapete → Chitradurga: fatigue at its peak, but dosa + filter coffee gave me that final push.
Chitradurga → Bengaluru: traffic jam at Sira, then heavy lorry traffic near Tumkur. Finally rolled into home at 11:30 PM, beating Maps by 4 hours despite the brutal rains.
🙏 Gratitude to my family, followers, and my uncle Sri Adi Narayana whose blessings kept me safe on this journey.
4 days. 2,500 KM. Countless temples. From playful roads to divine darshans — my Temple Run solo ride comes to an end.
🏍️ Distance: 970 KM (Shirdi → Bengaluru)
⏱️ Ride Time: 14 Hours
📍 Route: Shirdi → Ahmednagar → Solapur → Vijayapura → Hosapete → Chitradurga → Bengaluru
This isn’t the end. The next mega ride reveal is coming soon. Stay tuned.
