Today's episode is a classic old school style of cooking that I absolutely love. My grandmother would make this dish when I was a kid. I don't make this too often now but when I do its like pure heaven!😋
Ingredients:
Bacalao Guisado (Codfish Stew)
1 12oz Salted Boneless Bacalao filets packet.
1 4oz Can Tomato Sauce
1 Red Onion
1 Green Bell Pepper
3 Fresh Garlic Cloves
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Black Pepper to taste
Orangeno to taste
1 packet Sazon seasoning.
FUNCHE (PUERTO RICAN POLENTA)
4 Cups boiling water
2 Cups Course Cornmeal
2 Tablespoons
Salt to taste
