Today I’m sharing a rich and festive dessert recipe — Delicious Carrot Kheer (Gajar Kheer with Sabudana). This traditional Indian sweet is made with freshly grated carrots, creamy milk, soft sabudana pearls, and flavored beautifully with saffron and cardamom.

The natural sweetness of carrots combined with the creamy texture of milk makes this kheer absolutely irresistible. The addition of sabudana gives it a lovely soft and slightly chewy texture, making it even more special and festive.

Chopped nuts & raisins – 2 tbsp
Milk – 700ml
Sabudana – ¼ cup (soaked for 1 hour)
Condensed milk – ⅓ cup
Sugar – ¼ cup (adjust to taste)
Saffron milk – ¼ cup
Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
