Easy Savory & Sweet Crepe Filling Ideas

These crepes are so delicious. You can fill the crepe with anything you desire. I usually use gluten-free crepes and things that I have on hand, or use the leftover meal to fill the crepes.
I made 10" diameter crepes for savory crepes and 8" for sweet crepes.
Ingredients:
Ham & Egg Breakfast Crepes:
2 eggs
1 tbsp milk
1/2 cup diced ham
2-3 tbsp cheddar cheese
salt & pepper to taste, and hot sauce, optional
Make scrambled eggs with all of the ingredients:
Fill the crepe with the scrambled egg. Fold or roll as desired.
Sear the crepe in a skillet over medium heat with 1 tbsp butter, optional.
Tuna Salad Crepe
1 can (5 oz) of tuna in water or oil, drained
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp mayonnaise
Lettuce, tomato, onion
Mix tuna, salt & pepper, and mayonnaise together. Fill the crepe with lettuce, tomato, and onion as desired.
Barbecue Chicken Crepe
1 can (13 oz) cooked chicken breast in water
1/2 cup barbecue sauce, more or less
Heat the chicken on medium heat on the barbecue for 2 minutes.
Wrap or roll the crepe into a square and broil for 1-2 minutes or until brown spots appear, optional.
Banana Caramel Crepe
1 banana, sliced
2 tbsp caramel spread, or more for topping
Spread caramel on the crepe and top with banana slices.
Roll, cut, and serve.
Peanut Butter and Jelly Crepe
2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp jam or jelly
Spread peanut butter on the crepe. Then spread jam on top of it.
Roll and cut into pieces.
Apple Cinnamon Crepe
2 apples, sliced (Tart apples)
2 tbsp light brown sugar
1 tbsp butter
4 tbsp water
1/4 ts. ground cinnamon
1 tbsp cornstarch slurry, optional (1 tbsp water + 1 tsp. cornstarch)
powdered sugar
vanilla ice cream
In a skillet, over medium heat, cook apple slices, brown sugar, and cinnamon with butter until the sugar melts.
Add apple slices and water, cover, and cook for 3-5 minutes or until apple tendered.
Add cornstarch slurry and cook for 30-40 seconds or until the sauce is thickened.
Add the apple filling to the crepe, fold, and serve with some powdered sugar and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Strawberry and Cream Crepe
1/2 cup cut-up strawberries
1 tbsp sugar, more or less
2-3 tbsp whipped cream
powdered sugar
Mix strawberries with sugar and let stand for 5-10 minutes.
Spoon some whipped cream onto the crepe and top with the prepared strawberry filling.
Roll and serve with more strawberries and whipped cream, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
