Updated Alex’s event follow-up workflows
 Instead of triggering sequences off manual tags, we shifted everything to Appointment Status (Showed / No-Show) triggers.

That change alone:
 • Keeps tracking tied to the actual calendar event
 • Makes no-shows easier to manage
 • Cleans up workflow logic
 • Reduces manual tagging

It’s a small structural tweak, but it removes friction long-term.

Improved Robert’s email health and holiday automations
We reviewed bounced email contacts and clarified how invalid emails are handled in LeadBuddy
Focus was on:
 • Identifying hard bounces
 • Deciding what to update vs. remove
 • Maintaining list health moving forward

Better list hygiene = better deliverability.

We also streamlined his holiday campaigns — cloning existing workflows (like Passover) and adjusting date logic for future sends instead of rebuilding everything from scratch. That included:
 • Reviewing the Auto Date Generator
 • Confirming “send-before-holiday” timing
 • Removing unnecessary tag actions inside emails
 • Checking tracking settings to avoid over-complicating things
