Ingredients

Berry Filling

2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

2 cups fresh blueberries

¼ cup sugar (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional: squeeze of lemon juice

Crumble Topping

¾ cup rolled oats

½ cup all-purpose flour

½ cup brown sugar

½ teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch of salt

½ cup melted butter

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F

In a bowl, mix strawberries, blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, and lemon juice

Spread berry mixture evenly into a greased baking dish

In a separate bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt

Stir in melted butter until crumbly

Sprinkle crumble topping evenly over the berries

Bake for 35–40 minutes, until golden and bubbling
