Here's how we make and sell buckets of cider from the old pear and apple trees in our windrow. We didn't even know they were there when we bought this property! One of the best surprises ever!! If you live in an old farming area like we do, you might also have fruit trees nearby.

Since finding the trees, we've been clearing around them for better access and to get more sun and air movement for the trees. We've also started pruning the fruit trees as nobody has cared for them in who knows how many decades. Some must be more than a hundred years old.
