Using a birth ball is a fantastic way to prepare for labor and ease back discomfort.
Grab a 55 cm ball if you're shorter, or a 65 cm if you're taller. Start by doing 10 hip circles in each direction to loosen up those muscles. Then, rock back and forth to stretch out your back. If you sit a lot at work, this exercise is perfect for maintaining a good posture and keeping your baby in an optimal position.
Remember to sit upright, imagining a string pulling you up from the top of your head, and keep your legs at a 90-degree angle. Give it a try and feel the difference! 🌸
