My first ride while visiting South Australia for the Tour Down Under in 2024 was up to Mount Lofty via Norton Summit Road. It's a well-ridden path for locals and visitors alike and a haven for road cycling.
This is my story of that adventure, largely exploration / tourism on my bike, with a few references to racing (which I'd soon be watching, with the start of stage 2 of #TDU2024 for women on in Glenelg shortly after this ride).
This video is part of my coverage of the Tour Down Under of 2024.
