And with this we get the second 44 in the Tails All Emeralds Glitched Category and the first 44:4X. This category has come a long way.
Rules for this run:
Beat the game as fast as possible with Tails.
You must also collect all seven Chaos Emeralds in this category. Timing is done by real time, and begins when you select your file, and ends when the in-game timer freezes after defeating the Titanic Monarch 2 boss.
