|General Rules|
-You must start from a New File
-Don't collect the Chaos Emeralds
-You are able to use the 'Data Select' menu to continue from a Game Over
|Timing Rules|
-Time starts when you select a New File
-Time stops when the screen fades to black just before the ending cutscene starts.
