Hey lovelies! I hope you’re joining me for this upper body session, all you’ll need is either a pair of dumbbells or a resistance band! I used 10lb dumbbells for this workout.
Here’s the plan!
30 seconds on / 10 seconds rest / 4 rounds. If you need a longer break after each round, simply pause the video.
Exercises:
Lying chest press
Dumbbell curl to press
Bent over row into hammer curl
Kneeling overhead tricep extension
Alternating front raises
Dead bug
