Unwind and reconnect with this gentle 20-minute slow flow yoga practice, perfect for all levels. Whether you're brand new to yoga or have years of experience, this accessible class invites you to move mindfully through a soothing sequence at your own pace.
No props needed, though I'll show you how blocks can support your practice if you have them available. Feel free to sit on a blanket for extra comfort.
We'll begin with calming neck rolls to release tension, then flow through tabletop variations, a modified sun salutation, and grounding poses like low lunge and pigeon pose. The practice concludes with a restful savasana, leaving you feeling relaxed and centered.
This slow flow is ideal for morning movement, an afternoon reset, or evening wind-down. Listen to your body, take modifications as needed, and enjoy this time you're carving out for yourself.
Props (optional): Yoga blocks, blanket for sitting
