In this cute clip, Richard Mulligan and Dreyfuss (aka Bear) talks about the Empty Nest Model House that was on the back lot and part of the back lot studio tour at Disney/MGM Studios in Orlando Florida. There was a model of The Golden Girls home as well. Sadly, the houses were demolished in 2003. Also in this clip at the end I believe is Bear's Trainer Joel Silverman to his left in the Pink Shirt on the Tram.
