I appreciate you joining me in my kitchen today!
We are making a homemade Hungry Man meal! Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, corn, and a little dessert.
This is a quick and easy meal that covers all of the bases.

Recipes:
Salisbury Steak:
1/2 lb Ground Beef
1/3 C Bread Crumbs
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Mustard
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Flour
Beef Broth
Ketchup
Worcestershire
Salt
Pepper
Mix together in bowl.
Patty them out.
Cook in pan for a couple minutes.
Add in flour, broth, and cook till thick, desired consistency, and doneness.
Mashed Potatoes:
7 Yellow Potatoes
2 Tbsp Butter
2-5 Garlic Cloves
Salt
Pepper
1/2 -1 C Heavy Cream
1/2 C Sour Cream
Wash, peel, and boil potatoes.
Cut up butter, and put it into the potatoes.
Let evaporate for 5 minutes.
Add in the garlic and cook that up to get the burn off.
