FIT: Glute Workout with Mini-Band will work those glutes and hips with bands to get great results.

Today, we will work for 1 minute on each side before moving to the next activity.
I am using several mini-bands today, but as always use what works best for you even if it is just gravity and no bands.
1. Stand Leg Ext (Knee ext)
2. Stand Leg Abd (Knee ext)
3. Stand Leg Ext (Knee flex)
4. Stand Leg Abd (Knee flex)
5. SL Bridge
6. Clam Shells
7. Sidelying Abd
8. Quad Abd (Fire Hydrant)
9. Quad Ext (Donkey Kick)
10. Rainbows
