After the September Direct and the announcement of Animal Crossing Switch (HYPE!!! :D) I was inspired to do something with the music. I wanted to do something chill as all my other videos so far are of pretty up-beat stuff (except my very first video but that's not a remix), but also make something that's more original as opposed to just being an almost note for note remix. So that's how we arrived here.

I'm pretty happy with how this turned out because I feel like it really stands on its own from the original music and really hits home that rainy day, night-life, chill vibe. I took some inspiration from the various hourly themes but obviously most of it comes from the Club Theme. There's something melancholic about it that really strikes a chord with me and I tried to retain that feeling in the final product.
