After waiting for what seems like an eternity for any Animal Crossing news from Nintendo, the next game in the series was finally shown off on the Switch on that fateful Tuesday. And my god, does it look absolutely fantastic. Not too worried about the delay, to quote Miyamoto: "A delayed game is eventually good, but a rushed game is forever bad"

After watching the direct, I was so filled with hype that I had to channel it into something. And voilà, I give you this! Just a little something I put together ASAP to honour the announcement. I may revisit this theme in the future if it has some more meat added to it, once the game has been in the spotlight for longer and we know more about it.
