ALPHAFLY & WD40?! SALISBURY HALF MARATHON RACE PREVIEW | SUB 1:30 ATTEMPT + SHOE CHOICE | EDDBUD

This weekend is my next half marathon race! The Salisbury half marathon is one i have attempted before and i have unfinished business!

Its a flat course though the weather looks pretty shocking to be honest. On my side will be fresh legs and hopefully a good rest before hand.
I may opt for the Alphafly for this one, just for kicks. I did have to make some modifications to stop it squeaking though as you can see!

The course is a two lap affair and ends up back near the cathedral which is a wonderful building. Can i go sub 1:30? Maybe! Let me know how you think i will get on plus also if you are racing this half down in the comments.
