Streeting Accuses Doctors’ Union of Acting ‘Like Cartel’ as Strikes Hit NHS

Описание: Thousands of Resident Doctors across the NHS in England have started a 5-day walkout in a dispute over pay and job opportunities. The British Medical Association say the Government could halt the strikes at any time if it proposes a deal that 'values doctors'.

However, it looks unlikely as the Health Secretary Wes Streeting has said the leadership organising the industrial action has 'lost the plot' and said the strikes are damaging and unnecessary, accusing the British Medical Association of acting like a 'cartel'.
