These lifts are situated in a modern mixed use building in Chur. They were installed upon construction of the building. The lifts are of the Schindler Eurolift family and are machine room less (MRL). They prove the viability of MRLs even in tall buildings. The speed of 2.5m/s is an adequate choice for the travel height and number of floors, as opposed to most other tall buildings in the city having lifts too slow for their application.

The lifts are in a group of two, with the bigger lift serving as the fireman's lift. The control cabinets are located in a separate control room above the 23rd floor. The bigger lift has has an escape hatch at the top of the shaft leading into said control room. Both lifts feature the same type of motor, though the VFD of the left lift is one size smaller than the one of the right lift. The lifts run on Schindler's very popular MX-GC controller, feature advance door opening, fast start and direct levelling.
