Awesome Fujitec ZEXIA High-speed elevators – Haeundae Lotte Castle Star, Busan, KR

Описание: This time we've got some really cool Korean-made Fujitec lifts with the speed of 3.5m/s in a fresh residential complex.

The complex was constructed by Lotte Engineering & Construction, it is located in Haeundae District not far from the well-known beach with lots of top hotels. It has got four similar 49-floor buildings, each has four passenger lifts. Uncommonly for Korea, Fujitec was chosen as an elevator manufacturer for a high-rise project.

Korean Fujitec makes and sells nowadays only two models: machine room less Rexia for low-rise installations (up to 2.5m/s) and Zexia (up to 4m/s). As I have already mentioned, these elevators have got the speed of 210 meters per minute, which is not really fast for 53 stops. Another uncommon thing for Korean Fujitecs is that they have ten-key pads installed on the front panels and a destination indicator below the floor display: it shows registered floors and even projects a recently selected number using big symbols. The indicators are typical orange dot-matrix ones, the buttons are called EJ, according to their website, in fact they're just typical generic buttons by Samil. The cabins' looks neat: light beige panels, golden stainless steel and mirrors combined with black textured back wall.

Korean elevator market, for sure, doesn't have a lot of big manufacturers and sometimes you're tired of countless Hyundai, Korean OTIS and Mitsubishi lifts, especially in high-rise development projects. Hope, that Fujitec will expand its market share in the next years.
