Malfunctioning Hyundai WBHS elevators – Haeundae Central Prugio, Busan, KR

Описание: So, here we have got some regular, fresh and nice high speed lifts by Korea's largest manufacturer, Hyundai, in a new residential complex in Busan's famous Haeundae District, but at the same time these lifts have real issues on the top floor.

The elevators are located in Haeundae Central Prugio, a 49-floor residential complex with three buildings, which were fully completed in early 2023. Each building has got three similar main elevators, they travel from the sixth basement to rooftop. And here all interesting things began (watch from 1:09): loud noise happened, when the lift was leveling at RF. Then, after the doors opened, the closing door button didn't respond. Anyway the doors closed, but with a loud bang, then they reopened and closed again...

Except for that, the lifts themselves look really cool. Their interiors are designed in dark grey colors with mirrored and textured walls. They also have ten-key pads inside with a separate button for that notorious roof floor. The LCD indicators inside show the destination floor and, as usual, a handicap panel with many buttons was also installed. Outside the elevators have got rare black panels with typical round buttons. The speed is 3.5m/s, which is not really fast for 53 stops, but still not slow.

I have ridden countless Hyundai lifts in my life, but these things happen to me for the first time... I heard and saw myself, that high-speed elevators by Hyundai have minor issues with doors, but definitely not like that. These exact elevators are officially maintained by the manufacturer's service, so it's even more weird.
