If you are in a crunch because Christmas is right around the corner and you'd like to build some cool wooden trees fast, try out these! The video is around 15 minutes. But, just to build the Christmas tree itself, I did in about 7. And, I'm sure that after your first one, you could do it faster than me!

This Christmas tree is made up of (4) wooden pieces, some small eye hooks, and about 3 feet of 3/16 in hemp rope! The brad nails I used were 1-1/4" and the pine was cut from a 1"x3"x8".

-- All shapes are trapezoids and all measurements are from log point to long point.

The cut list for the Christmas tree is below.

(1) 20" inch piece (Trapezoid)
(1) 19" inch piece (Trapezoid)
(1) 13-1/8" inch piece (Trapezoid)
(1) 10-1/2 inch piece (Trapezoid)

Materials:
(1) 1" x 3" x 8' common pine board
hemp rope, fishing line, or, picture wire! (I prefer picture wire for this tree).
small eye hooks
