It's Here! The Tablesaw Sled I Built The Wooden Christmas Trees With Everyone Has Been Asking For!
This table saw sled is super quick and very easy to build. Especially if you are in a hurry to build a lot of these wood trees! Christmas is almost here and I know that many of you have been messaging me about the table saw I used to build them as quickly as I did.
I have listed all of the measurements of the wooden Christmas trees inside of the post I made in our community tab. Also, I listed them out while I was building the trees themselves. So, I did not leave any measurements here inside of this video. However, they are easy to find across my channel. Especially if you are in a pinch and need to get some Christmas trees made fast. If anything else, feel free to leave a comment about any questions you may have and I will help you out in any way I can should you run into a problem.
Just Remember, the easy wooden Christmas trees are supposed to be fun and simple to build. I made three different styles of Christmas trees all with the same cross-cut table saw sled I used inside of this video just to show you that you can play around with the measurements and, come up with your own custom DIY Christmas decor!
No matter how you build your wooden trees, just remember to try and have fun with them! I'm always here to help if need be! Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas however you spend it!

The Materials for the DIY wooden Christmas Tree Sled are:
(1) 3/4" MDF (I recommend using something more durable if you intend on keeping the 60-degree jig around for a while).
(2) 2" x 4" x 8" (I used a 2 in. x 4 in. x 96 in. Premium Burrill Fir Stud)
(3) 1 in. x 4 in. x 8 ft. Premium Kiln-Dried Square Edge Whitewood Common Board for scraps to make the spacers. (Anything would work though). Using the same width spacer as you're building your Christmas trees with is a good idea though.
(4) Natural Maple 3/4 in. Thick x 5 in. Wide x Varying Length Solid Hardwood Flooring for the runners. (Hardwood is always the safest route to take just so that it won't warp and twist on you from expansion and contraction). There's also a PVC you can use.
(5) Two different types of screws. #10 3-1/2" t25 construction screws and #8 1" zinc-coated screws for the wooden runners.
All this table saw sled is for the Christmas tree decor is just a basic cross-cut sled with a 60-degree angle in it instead of a standard 90-degree angle. If you feel like it is too difficult to build this DIY project, please don't. It really is so easy and there are many tutorials out there on it that are great. So, I know you can build it. I leave the link to a couple other channels that do amazing at explaining the building process and who can explain it far better than myself.

I just find a lot of value in their content and have been able to learn from them so, I feel like if you're missing something from my video, you will find the information you need to build this sled from their channel as they do amazing work.
